      ... The manager back at my Rhine Hotel put me on to this place and it is truly beautiful. He and his wife come here at least once a year and you can imagine it being quite busy through the summer.The Germans love their hot springs/spas/sauna type of stuff and although there is not too much history attached to this area it is certainly famous for the former and its name,"Bad" means bath.

      ... laundry and review some research and plan for another appointment tomorrow. I returned to the Hauptstaatsarchiv for a short time to order some copies of a few records that I could use as a resource for demonstrating the types of records available.       ... We even managed to sit on 150 kmph for almost an hour....beautiful. But then it was traffic jam / roadworks on and off.

      I was also surprised that in the German section (most of it) there were very few road side petrol stops / coffee stops.
