I'm going to exhaust my limited knowledge of architecture here: post(?)Roman buildings are domed with narrow windows which are grouped to maximize sunlight. Gothic buildings have arched windows because they haven't figured out how to make square ones yet, plus they're narrow. ...

A travel blog entry by kristivojirova on Apr 28, 2014

... to focus on what we CAN improve and what we CAN influence. Our own outlook. Posture. By exercising as often as we can.

I started spending 10-15 mins a day just on my walking. Nothing else. I put on my dancing shoes, Play the music and walk. Forward and backwards. Sideways. And it helps. Every little step towards self-improvement counts. No one else will do it for you. ...
