De tijd is aangebroken om de laatste blogpost te maken.. We zijn helaas alweer op het vliegveld van Auckland en wachten tot we kunnen boarden. headed over one by one to get into a small, bright pink plane. The 20 minute
flight up to altitude was phenomenal as it was a good day, you could see for
miles, even the snow topped cone of Mt Taranaki poking up through the clouds in

She told us that the steam coming out of the side of the volcano was just a vent, and that we shouldn't worry about it (we since learnt that this isn't normal, and this shows more volcanic activity than normal!) ... because the weather was glorious, it was like I had flown into a different country. We all then went to get ready for the gala dinner. Everyone gets really dressed up so was nice to actually heels on for the first time in months! Me and Claire were sharing a room so we got straight into our fluffy dressing gowns and had some champers to start the night off in style.
