    ... stretching up the west coast. The Stockholm archipelago fans out 80 km out from the city and is some 24,000 islands big. Our port side balcony came in handy on this beautiful way out to sea.
    Dinner was at Le Bistro Restaurant (French), our 8th different restaurant. S- Duck with a scallop appetizer J- Lobster. Dessert was Chocolate Fondue for two- how romantic. I also had some ice cream to finish off my dinner.
    Tomorrow is a day at sea so no wake up call- ...

Västerbotten cheese (Parmigianno Reggiano is the closest comparison that we can say off the top of our heads) and a Swedish meat plate with black smoked bacon, reindeer salami, liver pate, sheep sausage and Västerbotten cheese. The smoked reindeer was one of the best dishes, though we liked everything. The anchovy dish was lacking in anchovy flavor. The total bill came to 515 SEK (~$62, but no tax / tip), so not too bad.
