Well, our second stay in Barcelona wasn't as long. We tried to visit a couple of other parts that we didn't get to before, but mostly, as usual, we'll remember the food we had.

... to take Barcelona by storm. We saw the Sagrada Familia and the Arc de Triomf and hopped on the bus to Montjuic to see the beautiful gardens, Olympic stadium and view of Barcelona from above. By far the best part of out day was going to Poble Espanyol and El Tablao de Carmen. Inside Poble Espanyol we watched in awe as a glassblowing artist crafted small masterpieces. ... on and never speak to them again. All lovely minute connections you make with strangers. But sometimes when I'm enjoying my "alone time", I try my hardest to avoid these small conversations. Though all have potential to form into a friendship - it can be exhausting.

... English at all. So that was interesting. Paige and I speak the most Spanish but considering their language is Catalan, there were some differences. Also not to mention that neither Paige or I are perfect at Spanish by any means. So we ordered some food, I got some kind of chicken thing and ham croquettes and french fries, idk but it was decent. Afterwards we decided to take it easy and just hung at our apartment for the night... with some drinks of course.

The famous Spanish architect, Gaudi, is revered and celebrated for his amazing contribution to the profile of Barcelona. His buildings are so completely different from anything I've ever seen, except maybe at Disneyland or something. They're truly imaginative and "out there".
