After a couple of hours we rounded the last ridge to find Benidorm at our feet. Perfect timing, now a stroll into town for lunch before we caught a bus to the tram and were on our way home again.

Last Saturday in Javea was very much a socialising day, when the weather was overcast, cooler than of late, and showery. In the afternoon, Jan and Ria, the Dutch couple came to us for a drink and snacks since they intended to leave and move south the following day (Sunday). We spent an enjoyable couple of hours discussing various topics, obviously caravanning and our current respective itineraries, food, wine, but also ...

We have leased an apartment on Longboat Key in November, December 2013.

Finally I held a tennis racquet in my right hand again....it's been a long time, since February! And I was pretty rusty and not nearly up to form yet but it was good to put on the tennis shoes and get some red clay on my socks! That's all part of the charm of tennis in Spain.
We joined Montemar tennis club when we arrived in El Campello and Lars has enjoyed playing there many times but this was my first time on the courts.
