Tonight we stayed in an Edwardian Country house that is set on 18 acres. This house burnt down in 1911 and has been rebuilt to its previous stature. The setting of this hotel was amazing and it was easy to feel how the more well to do lived in that time. here are some photos of the grounds and ...

The weather has been very warm and sunny and the seaside town has amazing views. However, the town and campsite are very rough around the edges. It is looking a bit tired and scruffy. ...

We set off from Kington in bright sunshine to start our 14 mile trek to Knighton at half past eight. We needed to retrace our steps and took the opportunity to photograph the market hall before crossing the busy A44 and starting the first climb of the day up Bradnor Hill. At 391 metres this hill has the distinction of being home to the highest 18 hole golf course in Europe. Contests are frequently cancelled due to high winds and mists. Shortly we ...
