... Bs destroyed or damaged during last January's tremendous storms (that can be viewed on YouTube.)

Today we are back at the National Archives. Apparently a 15 minute walk up the hill will provide more views of the town and some much needed exercise. WE have to stop eating those chips that are everywhere! (Well, Rhe might give in and indulge in some more.)

The weather is holding out so far and we'll make the most of it in the evening.

Trina and Al went round the castle later in the day and reported that ...

Yet another stinking hot day today. Today is Tuesday and there is not a cloud in the sky or a breath of wind. Yesterday was similar and it was also the opening day of the Royal Welsh A&P Show in Builth Wells which was on our way north from Jane and David's so we thought we would go. Lidka and Leicester who were further up the country decided they would go too. The organisation of the traffic in and out of the show was excellent with huge fields used as car parks ...
