Woke to dry day and clear skies. Good omen for a smooth crossing to Wales. Our last ferry crossing this year, Rosslare to Fishguard. Our last country - WALES. Even sailed ahead of schedule, after spending time to Facetime Mark and Fiona with the girls. So good to keep in touch. Girls can now say "Mama" and "Papa" to the right faces on the screen.
Arrived safe after very smooth crossing, at Fishguard, in three and a half hours.
This week, we did a road trip across Wales. Today we travel from Manchester to Aberystwyth Wales.

... took photos, that was 10yrs ago. We had some lunch here around 2.30pm, then spent some time watching the boats being lifted out of the port by crane to be put in dry dock for the winter. This only happens on one day of the year and we happened to be there. Lots of concerned boat owners holding breath that no council lights were taken out or ropes/slings failing.
