We finally left at 1:30 pm today. - five hours behind schedule -- so much packing! Marcia and Francisco both helped us pack and get ready. I zoomed in past the mat of vegetation and trees to the bluffs on the main river channel. We turned left there and were right outside the next lock. The lock master was waiting for us when we arrived and we went right through.
Continuing on downriver we passed some bald eagles in the trees. Looked like the two together was an adult and juvenile.
