I had a much better sleep last night. Got up shortly after 7:00 am & got the kettle going for coffee. Started the boat at 8:00 & underway shortly after. To the car, where we decided before we went to Scotland we should cross the border to Wales as were were so close. So we set the GPS for Llangollen and half an hour later we arrived. After this it only remained to have a coffee, get back to Chester station and come home. The Chester/Manchester train was only an hour, then the tram and walk home was another hour. Home around 6. Matt and Jess are still out somewhere, but we told them we want to take them out somewhere for dinner tonight, so I hope they'll be back before bedtime...

... much time as it was getting late, but we climbed up two of the towers. Steep narrow stairs again. Part of the problem is each step is very small, so I have to put my size 9 sideways, and that really hurts my back after a while.

We found time to stop for a last drink and got home after 7pm. I'm sorry I haven't got all the names of the places we went, but the Welsh language is very difficult.
