... Its safe to say almost every square inch of London is monitored, for our "safety and security", as signs and public service announcements often reminded us.

We learned our first major lesson of our study abroad experience. Just because wine is only 3 pounds, doesn't mean you should drink it! Being the budget conscious college students we are, we took a risk on a the cheapest wine on the shelf, Ginger wine. Not sure what ginger wine is supposed to be used ...

After yet another lie in we packed up our bags and stored them away in the hostel lockers. We had brunch at a Mediterranean restaurant where I had yummy Tapas.
