    Finally it's the weekend. I didn't have class until 11am today, but it was still hard to get up for it. I stayed in bed as long as I possibly could.     ... all the wood was a concern, as was the way the cheese maker (blessed be them!) used his teeth to hold the linen to draw the cheese bits (technical eh!) from the whey. Nice ...
