... up in my bed and hug my mom. Well, she's thousands of miles away and I'm alone. I missed my parents, my room, my car, my job, my friends, my room decorations, my home university, everything. The silence of the hallways was just too unbearable.

To not think about it too much, I took a warm shower, read a book and went on Facebook to catch up with friends and family. I began to feel my throat getting sore, so I knew I had caught a cold. Later that night, Lina and ...

It's Friday! One more day of class and then the weekend. This morning I went to a gas station near by to get some food. I don't have any food in my room anymore and the walk downtown is just so far sometimes. I got some bread, cereal bars, and cookies. Hopefully that will last me long enough until I find the ambition to go to the store. In the mean time, the bread will do.

Today we have class at 4pm. I'm going to go to the defle office today ...

... all the wood was a concern, as was the way the cheese maker (blessed be them!) used his teeth to hold the linen to draw the cheese bits (technical eh!) from the whey. Nice ... An interesting process, as was the whey, which was offered, and taken. Well a tiny mouthful ... In fact we had an early lunch of different meats and cheeses, which was pretty good, and the view was to die for ... proper Switzerland. Next was the chocolate, Cailler, which is produced under the ...
