... to navigate my money! It’s a gloomy day and has been raining off and on so I decided to grab a croissant, only 1 euro and so tasty, on my way home and I am going to spend the afternoon getting fully unpacked, practicing the language, researching the town and probably going to sleep early… I think change has hit me like a ton of bricks and the weather makes me want to stay in bed. I ended up going out and around with Amy and Harlea. We went to the ...

    It's now 4pm and I haven't gotten ...

Another one of my favorites was the architecturally marvelous Basilique Saint- Epvre, a large basilica only 10 minutes from my home. Re-completed in 1872, it stand at 87.1 m (or 285 ft) high. Parts of it were interestingly completed in Bavaria. In the front, the Saint-Epvre ...

... all the wood was a concern, as was the way the cheese maker (blessed be them!) used his teeth to hold the linen to draw the cheese bits (technical eh!) from the whey. Nice ... An interesting process, as was the whey, which was offered, and taken. Well a tiny mouthful ... In fact we had an early lunch of different meats and cheeses, which was pretty good, and the view was to die for ... proper Switzerland. Next was the chocolate, Cailler, which is produced under the ...
