After doing some shopping, I got some lunch at Subway. It was interesting. It made me feel at home, but the cheese selection was pathetic. You could have shredded or one kind of triangle cheese. They had less vegetables too. Plus their lettuce wasn't that nice shredded kind ...

... tonight at the Resto'U. It was delicious like usual. It's so great to have a good meal for cheap. Ruby and I didn't let each other get our usual meal there. ... all the wood was a concern, as was the way the cheese maker (blessed be them!) used his teeth to hold the linen to draw the cheese bits (technical eh!) from the whey. Nice ...
