St George and the Princess') and the cathedral which encompasses a few buildings including the first palaeo-Christian Basillica from the 4th century AD (which has many of the old mosaics on the floor) which sits under the 9th Century St Elena, which sits next to the cathedral! Sunday 19th October Off to explore half of the old city of Verona today, another WH site. Headed north to check out two recommended restaurants and a Roman gate, but missed all three and ended up at Juliet's balcony instead! It is in a lovely internal courtyard of an old building and easy to photograph above the heads of all the tourists there. Also in the courtyard is a statue of Juliet and it is said if you rub her right breast then you will have luck in love. Hence she has one ...
