... br> Danach fahren wir mit einem local auto zum Palast. Auch dieses Gebäude ist extrem huge and amazing. Die 'Promi' Chinesin meint die ganze Zeit, dass ich sehr lovely bin und that she loves my temperature^^. Ich muss nur schmunzeln.

The fort was magnificent and instead of a nitwit in a sports
jacket, our entry fee included an audio visual system which allowed us to mooch
along at our own pace. It is beyond my ability to describe just how vast and
impressive this place is. We spent a good few hours inside peeping out of tiny

And so, dodging autos, motorbikes and cow dung, we got to the clock tower market - the local pasar, where paper-eating cows, autos, motorbikes, cycles and people competed for the same space. We weren’t sure if people were happy about their photos being taken, especially as on our way to the market, a young man helpfully warned us to ‘be careful’ when taking photos of people, as “some of them want money.”

... so graceful but a load of fun if one can maintain their balance! haha I don’t think I have giggled like a school girl like that in years. After about two hours of walking along singing our song we made it to our over night camp amongst the sand dunes. It was pretty funny to see the lot of us walking like John Wayne after dismounting. But mostly we did our final bargaining here, took our last tuk tuk rides, and felt extremely blessed to have had this time in this enchanting land that demands much from those who come from their comfortable homes and lives and gives back in equal measure food for thought.
