About kuukausi on nyt ehditty viettää uudessa kotimaassa ja asiat on menny hyvin pitkälti todella smoothisti.
Käytännön asioista muutama sana. Tanskan sosiaaliturvatunnuksen (CPR-numeron) sain helposti vain kävelemällä virastoon ja ilmoittamalla että täällä olen. Sitä sosiaaliturvatunnusta tarvitseekin sitten että saa kaikki muut asiat hoidettua, kuten verokortin, pankkitilin, kännykkänumeron ynm.

Århus (In the middle of our street)
... 80's pop hit "Our House" by Madness and thanks to him the melody, "Århus...in the middle of Denmark" will forever be stuck in my head. The first site in Århus was the Town Hall which was very mediocre and probably my least favorite site. Its exterior was repulsive and its interior was a step up from your average modern civic building built in the 1940's. Although, it did have a nice staircase.

German Invasion and the Aarhus Festival
... in the bus to a generous load of German beer, which he hauled to Aarhus for Jordan. Apparently, beer is much cheaper in Germany and there is free trade between the German-Danish boarder for such goods. People from Denmark often travel the 2 hours to Germany with trailers, or the like, to obtain some of Deutschland's most coveted nectar.

Bikes, Bars and Bacteria
... that there was a city-wide e. coli warning and we should not drink the water from the tap. That morning we had both already chugged a few large glasses with hopes that it would make for a better day. Luckily we were spared and did not suffer any serious setbacks from the bacteria.
We also booked flights to Spain and left this past Monday (see next post).
