... fresh rather than salty. Walked around an area of narrow meandering streets, bridges and brooks called the maze. Houses are small, each one is different, but delightful and all in perfect scale. Town also is unique in that it is all Catholic. Rest of Netherlands is Protestant. Visited the cheese factory and duly bought some rather nice cheese. ... so we decided not to go in. Instead, we found a busy little corner with café’s and pubs so we stopped in for a coffee and dessert. The name of the place we stopped at was called 'Villa Zeezicht’ and made the BEST (and I am not exaggerating) apple pie. I cannot even put into words how delicious this was. I recommend this place for apple pie if anyone is visiting Amsterdam.

... Amsterdam. I took a power nap & felt refreshed. We took the hotel shuttle to the city and then started walking on a quest to see the Anne Frank house. Amsterdam is a city with hundreds of people walking or riding bicycles. There are apartments everywhere. ... stressful as we rode to the famous " IAMSTERDAM" sign, Ann Franks House (Often with a line over 3hrs long), The worlds smallest house (20sq meters in total) and many other amazing sites this city had to offer.
