... we hadn't seen them in 25 years, it was like seeing them yesterday.
They are familiar with the area and took us to the hot street in South Beach where all the fun starts. We had drinks at the Bellini Bar and walked along the street where you walk through the bars and restaurants because the sidewalk goes right through the tables.
We saw the Famous Verscache Mansion. We also got to see a ...

... like a pig boy !" The air boat ride lasts about 35 minutes but you can stand up and take pics for most of the way. The river, one of the slowest moving in the world, is extremely low for this time of the year so we were a bit limited on the trails we could go on but it was still a buzz. The boats get a good speed up and it can be a little unnerving when the **** end of the boat is hanging out as you fly around corners and you are heading for ...

... in at Phoenix, my bags were heavy. Mom luckily was there and we were able to shift things around and take a few things out to make them an appropriate weight. Then the flight attendant asked me if I had a visa for Uruguay. I replied that I didn't need a visa for Uruguay. Apparently you do indeed need a visa if your return date is more than 90 days after your arrival no matter where you're going... Cue mini panic attack. I told her that I was not going to be in ...
