We finished weaving through some towns and reached Neuf- Brisach, it's a strange, medieval town built in an octagon shape with massive walls for protection against the Germans apparently in the olden days, very nice though.     ... a delicious bread with raisins and almonds. When we got back to the hotel, we all quickly went to our rooms. My roommates, Addie and Harleigh, and I were able to do some bonding as we talked about a number of topics- from our directors to our friends and activities back home.     ... While we found the town to be beautiful, very little was open on a Tuesday afternoon - so tourism isn't at the top of their list (good for them). Saint-Hippolyte is about 5 minutes away and is similarly beautiful. We stayed in a quaint family-owned hotel named "Relais du Silence Aux Ducs de Lorraine Hotel". We were able to walk down a couple of streets to a rather nice restaurant that served an abundance of food. How about a slice of quiche and a salad for just the ...
