The road to wherever 2-10-15 Stalden - Zermett - Stalden
years ago when I was a very young child my good grandmother sent me a post card
of the mighty Matterhorn mountain. I loved this post card and still have it
today. My goal then was to one day get to see this massive mountain with my own
eyes and today was the day.

... the vans and drove to a train station where the vans were driven (with us inside) onto a car train ferry which travelled through a mountain to Tasch where we unloaded the vans, left them in a parking area and caught a train to Zermatt. Here a hotel porter stashed the bags into an electric car and we were able to walk to the hotel unencumbered to arrive at our incredible accommodation used by Captain's Choice Tours. So the Parisian parties turned out to be pretty damn good. The people treated me with an uninhibited enthusiasm like one would a rare exotic species.
