Mimi was able to spend the day with Helen and so having a car meant we could venture further ... The city dazzles with Art Nouveau and Art Decor ... and seeing Helen's childhood memories was fun ... she had moved several times within Bruxelles from apartment to 4 storey homes ... Said goodbye to Porto with some regret. I would really like to return to Portugal someday. It is such a laid back and friendly place. Caught the plane in the early morn and waited for my change in Brussels. Obligatory Belgian beer before leaving then sat on the plane for over an hour waiting for a tour group!!! No take off until this lot arrived! Amazed that they held up plane. Quite sure they wouldn't have done it for me. Once they did arrive, they wandered in slowly ...

We arrived at the Plaza hotel, near Westminster Bridge, where we gathered for the Globus 19 day Grand European bus tour. A quick glimpse around and we sight the other travellers on our tour.
