... back towards Groton. After grabbing a quick bite to eat, Alex and I went to the local movie theater to watch the movie "Planes 2: Fire and Rescue". It was a cute animated film that he has been telling me for weeks that he wanted to see. We were one of the only 3 families in the theater,

After the movie, I finally got to resolve a big bone of contention: Alex had wanted to go swimming in the hotel ...

Admirals Mary and Sue kept a close eye on their progress up the coast via a website found by Mary ~ vesselfinder.com. They also kept a close eye on the storms roaring up the east coast via wunderground.com, Sue was keeping her rose colored glasses on while Mary was getting ready to call the Coast Guard when the AIS signal was lost as ...

... amazing dinner view. Mystics centre was quaint with idyllic old buildings, a picturesque draw bridge, interesting little shops, good food and a surprising amount of places to get a drink. This all in all provided a great little rural escape to break up the copious amount of cities we had coming, so the next few days we hired bikes to explore, sampled more of the amazing seafood and enjoyed the local beer before we headed to ...
