... the way we would visit Parc Omega, a kind of safari park for Canadian animals. One keeps in the car and drives following a circuit, and meets elks, deer, wild boars, wolves and black bears (these were in a fenced ground). I saw my first raccoon!So funny with his masked face. ... his high horse. I was proud of that. Other than Eggspectation, there was plenty to do and see in Montreal, in particular around 'Old Montreal', the more rustic and quaint part of the city. There were plenty of nice little boutiques and cafes to enjoy but the main tourist attraction is the Basilique Notre Dame (see pic) which is spectacular both inside and out.
