Had a more leisurely start to the day but was still on the bus to Reus (via Tarragona) before lunch time. Passed through Salou and I'm quite sure I won’t be passing through (or staying in it) any time soon. Great I guess if you’re 18 but otherwise not an ideal location. Reus itself is yet another interesting place although we did see it at a very leisurely pace. Tapas and vermouth was the choice for lunch today ...

First trip out was to Tarragona on the bus (€5.70 for two returns). Loved this place. The architecture including the many statues and Roman remains were great to see. After an hours walk we finally ended up near the campsite in the local Indian restaurant (Sue was happy) before heading back to our very quiet ...

Arrived in Montblanc to find the restaurant we had planned to try was still closed. We had a look around the town instead and found a little café for lunch. Fascinating place. Just wish I'd took the time to read up on it before arriving. Have to admit Sue has done all the organising ...

Getting up early at the crack of dawn, Abby and I headed over to the Mestalla to get on a bus at 8am to take us to the old Roman city Tarragona. I had my large/overpacked backpack with me as I was flying out of Barcelona the next day to go to Copenhagen, and I was going to take a train from Tarragona to Barcelona after we done there. We had a relaxing 2.5 hour bus ride to Tarragona (we debated about the color of ...
