... to the hairs on my arms. I calmed a little when I worked out they weren't alive just some bits from plants that appeared to be superglued to me. Took a while to get them off me. There followed a surprisingly long period of walking along while my little brain thought out that if I had been walking in shorts through plants that managed to stick bits to my arms then maybe, just maybe, I might have some bits on my legs ...
The day started well with a 5€ breakfast at a cafe in Santhia. The Spanish/Brazilian couple had taken their kit out of the room the night before so as not to wake me and I didn't wake until 8.15. Almost civilised. With the leisurely breakfast I didn't leave town until about 9.45. Plenty of time for a flat day. And the day went fine. Lovely and sunny again, no problems. Yesterday and today ...
... Riarena in Cugnasco, Switzerland. Lovely site, has free wi-fi everywhere and the toilets/showers are spotless. Only problem is that we are parked under a bloody Oak tree which is dropping acorns everywhere and they make a hell of a noise when they hit the van! Parked next to two other British couples. Haven't seen many Brits on our travels - thought there would be more. Tomorrow off to Ottenbach. Night ...

I had several hours free in the middle of the day. I had seen a market from the taxi on the way back from the hospital so being a real sucker for markets I went back to find it. It was mostly clothes and very extensive. I bought a shirt to wear to La Scala tomorrow. Clothes are great quality and relatively cheap here, by Aussie standards.

... it. It took quite a while to calm her down. We walked around the Duomo, Lit a candle, and had tea outside with Mums new shawl to ward off the drafts. We had Pizza for tea which probably wasn't a great choice but the options are fairly limited
