... wants to go somewhere like Innsbruck I strongly suggest you do it! Heck, go to Doug's place it's like paradise in the mountains. Oh, and if you were wondering, I did fall and faceplant once. However, it was made intolerably worse due to the fact that I just so happened to fall in front of a ski-school predominantly consisting of 8 year olds... Fantastic. On to the next stop now and THE HOMELAND beckons me! Ciao Innsbruck. Italy, get the kettle ...

The morning started cool and crisp with sunny skies and stayed that way. We managed to pick up Sue from Innsbruck airport and after a quick catch up we headed out to see Innsbruck on the way up the mountain. After stopping for photos of Easter eggs and men in lederhosen, we finally made it to the super dooper train which took us a third of the way to the top of the mountain.

... Our first stop for coffee and cake was at a little town called Lofer. As we were having our drinks we looked out the window and noticed a small chair lift in operation and some skiers nearby. We decided that as it was just there we should see whether it would be possible to take the chairlift up the mountain and enjoy the snow- even if it was for Sophie to throw a few snowballs and be a snow fairy.

... when he was little. I especially remember a snowball fight the families had where Mark was wearing shorts and flip flops!

He was a beautiful man who made my friend Jen so incredibly happy, who treated his friends like gold, and who will be missed terribly by everyone who knew him. Please keep Mark and his family and friends in your thoughts.
