... Basilique de Fourvière in French) is located. It is a minor basilica in Lyon. Fourvière is dedicated to the Virgin Mary, who saved the city of Lyon from a cholera epidemic sweeping Europe in 1643. It was amazing.
Returned back to the accommodation for a wee rest before going out for dinner. We have 1 more day in Lyon departing on a train for Dijon at about 7.00pm to then transfer to a train for Venezia! ...
