Our first Christmas Day away from home! We originally had 2 reservations, but on advice from locals we cancelled both and went to a lovely Italian restaurant in the North End. Cantina Italiana was lovely- lovely service and food. Prawns and meatballs for entree, seafood pasta and chicken / broccoli pasta for mains, beautiful fresh bread .... very nice :-) It was lovely walking through Boston to get to lunch.... lots of Christmas trees, including the one on ...

... we decide to sit one table away and order a drink. Quickly after hearing his distinctive David Brent voice, I am certain. 'We've got to get a pic Kaz' I say as she rolls her eyes. I get her to ask politely and Ricky is quite the gentleman as we pose for a picture taken by his girlfriend. ... but you get the picture and can imagine it hustling and bustling during work hours, I see the bull, the NYC stock exchange, city hall, ooh tiffanys, trump building, etc. we then walk Down to the Staten Island ferry, this is free wooo after checking the balances after Vegas, I love the free stuff!!
