      ... design The roof is quite bizarre with various strange shapes actually covering the many chimneys and ventilation pipes rising from below The building has two open patios extending from the bottom to the top allowing natural light to flood into the various levels of the building we were able to visit.       diagnosed me with a throat infection and lingering flu. Prescriptions in hand,
      I got to a nearby farmacia, and home soon enough. I am not one to take
      antibiotics unless absolutely necessary, but I am so glad they were invented.

      ... Columbus and walked down the beach on sand shipped in from Egypt. We joined in on a random swing dancing group for a little bit and tried to find the Gaudi fountain that I remember going to last time I was here. Total fail on my part, we didn't find it and headed back to the hostel. Now to see what the night holds! Tomorrow we are going to try to find the fountain and then we are off to ...

      ... the hill on the funicular (our third ride on one) to Tibidado. We got there late and only had 20 minutes. We went into the church. Not much else to see because it was raining and the clouds blocked the city view.
