But nothing lasts forever. So we took again the boat to go back in France. We spent the evening on the roof of the boat with all our friends. It was a perfect night to finish the trip : the sea was very calm (contrary to the departure ...

... all reunited at our destination so no harm done! The joys of travelling! So - onto Thursday now. Another delicious petite déjunee then Nico, the girls and I walked the 20 mins down to the Eiffel Tower. All in all the Fall Tour was a success in France and Halloween was a success in ...

No menus were readable, everyone spoke French around us, we couldn't read nor follow signs, the pedestrian crossings were a nightmare and our packs started to feel quite heavy to pull with our weary arms. We managed to keep it together without an argument or venting our frustrations and found a mall (which means universally, free toilet and universal set up) ...

... have been 1km long) the longest queue I've ever seen. So glad we went early!!! One of the things I didn't like about Paris, other than crossing the road was the pick pocketers. Only place in Europe we actually saw them but they were out. They looked like gypsies. A bit dirty looking & most were young Romanians. They would walk around with clipboards asking if you speak English. At first people think they are asking ...
