... I plugged $20 into the penny slots and played for 1 1/2 hrs before it was gone. Dave played some blackjack and made enough to cover dinner. We had the buffet there for dinner. We woke up extra early this morning and headed east on Hwy 20 towards Truckee, CA at Lake Tahoe. ... crazy through Reno and bumped up the music and started car dancing. It took us another half hour to get to Carson City.

We found Chris' place relatively easily. I met little Kate, Chris' sister. We all had a scrumptious dinner together, the kids went to bed and the rest of us stayed up late and caught up on life. At one point, Dustin met the .22 rifle that shot him in the leg ...

... from South Lake Tahoe to Tahoe City stopping frequently to take pictures. First stop Emerald Bay (most photographed area on the lake. The drive was winding and steep, but the view were gorgeous. Lunch at the Firesign Cafe; very good (only open for breakfast and lunch). David had Zucchini soup and a fish sandwich and I had French Dip roast beef sandwich, both were excellent. In Tahoe city we walked around for a while down by the lake and at the ...
