    ... Lunch has to include Anna's calamari, which we swear is the best in all of Greece, accompanied by salad, and a fish speciality of the day. Naturally this needs to be watered down with Miso kilo lefko karashi k mia soda (1/2 caraf of white wine and soda) and occasionally some of the funny cloudy liquid. Daily we see the same people at lunch ( everyone has their own favourite table, including us) and Stefano fills us in with funny stories of our 'crazy ...

    ... the island's infrastructure from his own pocket. So the road that goes around the island, he financed it and also the first (and only) cinema. Oh, another interesting thing about the island that the whole water supply is delivered by ships. So our Greek friend told us that probably we should not drink from the tap, but I did anyway. This water had no swimming pool taste at least :)
