The 200th Oktoberfest!
Finally! After all the waiting and countdowns, one of the moments we have been looking forward to most is finally here! We arrived in Munich a couple of days before Oktoberfest started in order to get a couple of days of rest and have a few drinks to accustom our livers to alcohol again.

Being Nude With the Germans
So we went to the train station to get tickets for our day at the spa (Therme Erding)! It's supposed to be the largest spa in Europe! This would be so relaxing. We found a market today a little past Marienplatz. It was quite large and so many people were shopping around. I used my best German to order a pepper, banana, 2 pretzels, and applestrudel.
