... there are steam rooms, hot tubs, coffee bar, indoor and outdoor pools. There are all sorts of places to shower with different kinds of water..some ice cold, some with jets, some with ice in a bucket by your side.

Meersburg has made it to the list of my all time favorite towns. It is on the north side of Lake Konstanze and was another German city spared bombing. Consequently it's medieval architecture is evident in just about everything. So many people out today. It boasts the largest castle in Germany and has the most incredible lakeside promenade. The city has one large island that is a hiker and bikers dream. It is also the home of a huge island wise market garden industry.
