We figured being in Missouri we needed to stop by Kansas City for some amazing BBQ since the city is known for it!! We stopped at.... We ordered 4 huge meals and shared between the four of us!! We don't think we could eat at another BBQ place again that is how good it was!! After this we drove to a town in the middle of no where (3 hours east of Denver) on I-70 West in Kansas State next to a town called Kanarado (we loved this name) and got a hotel to get some shut ...

I wonder if our hotel tonight has wi-fi in the rooms. In a way, when we have wi-fi, we both get caught-up in researching places and so Seem to take forever to get out of the door ...

... much more from them than we ever could have taught them.

Its scary not knowing what is planned for the next chapter in my life, but I do know that there are so many people that love me and support me. How could I possibly fail?

So thanks for reading and I hope you learned something new.

... some small doubts in the back of my head as to how things will go.....will I be able to pick up Italian? Will I have enough money? Where am I going to go in those last 5 days before flying back? I'm stuck until my flight back on the 12th of August so I have to do something with those days, and it would be simply dumb to waste 5 days in Europe with some of the greatest cities and regions on the planet only a few hours train ride ...
