    We decided to have a lazy day today after sevens days of traveling and sightseeing in Bangkok. The place we are staying at more like a luxury hostel then a hotel, and we do not have any food service here. The rooms is lovey and we upgraded at check in for a ocean front room.     ... Thai massage which is an exercise for muscles on its own. On Wednesday I did Krabi Krabong (old Thai sword fighting) but we used the bamboo sticks - again I really enjoyed it but it required a lot of skill and flicking the wrist and swinging the stick above the head.
