... the parking area. One of them was a parking spot that was reserved only for families, and another one that was specifically only for women drivers. Simon told me this was because in dark parking garages, it can be a little sketchy, so it's better for women to have a parking spot closer to the exit. It's the small differences in every place that make each city I visit so interesting.

Monday 29th 8am Starbucks Frankfurt, just validated train travel. Breakfast was great and it's cold as. Pic to follow 3.00am 28th Berlin. Yes I know that is very early in the morning. Anyway something a bit odd with this blog, got an email to say my old entry had been saved and my new entries had been emailed to me in case I wanted to use them, so in short it stuffed up, who wants to replace the new with the old? After Simon's dad brought me and Simon to a lookout point where I got to see a fantastic view of the Rhine River. I could definitely see at that point why so many people from across the world came to this area of Germany. As it got colder, we went back into the car and said "auf wiedersehen" to Rüdesheim, and headed back to the house to prepare for the next days ahead.
... take you through a landscape you will never see from a car. Consider it - there is no better way to reacquaint yourself with your inner 12 year old and the natural world, to feel so free and care-less and in the moment in a way you'd forgotten was possible. I'll let the French have the last words. C'est du gâteux (it's easy as cake) and manger bien, riez souvent, aimez beaucoup (eat well, laugh often, love abundantly)!
... and look for that special airplane because you know what.......my 11 hours flight from Frankfurt all the way to Bangkok was on an Airbus A380 considered the world's largest passenger airliner. I was all excited about it and just couldn’t wait to see it with my own eyes!
