... which is our minimum goal each day so we're very p,eased with our progress. Tomorrow we plan to leave VERY early so we'll be able to get out and do some site seeing.
Tomorrow we should hit Oklahoma, Texas and land in Arizona... At least that's the plan! Lol! I'll post more as we go although I don't know that I'll be able to on a daily basis but I plan to at least once or twice a week!

... The servers come around and scoop whatever they have right into the middle of the table and everyone digs in. After you pig out on that you get your meal. Many of the dishes are served in giant frying pans. What if you eat all of this and you are still hungry? Lambert's will not allow you to leave hungry. If you are they will give you another entree at no charge.

Ten Days to Texas
On this long, challenging bicycle journey, I am currently 120 miles, or 3 days west of Kansas. There I will turn south for another 2 or 3 days to knock off Oklahoma and Arkansas on my way to Texarkana at the Texas state line.
