Forgot to post pictures of Arkansas in the previous post. Attached are pictures when we arrive in Arkansas and the roads we travelled. In addition, I posted pictures of the Lake Fort Smith State Park where we stayed. It was an awesome park...our #1 park throughout our travels.

... we tried to formulate our plan for the day. A park ranger was hosting a class nearby on how to make Dutch oven biscuits. Shane tested some of the final product. We went to shower before we packed up camp, but the facilities were closed for cleaning. Since the showers were closed we decided to kill sometime and find the geocache that was hidden within the park. We set off for the hiking trail that was close to where our camp was set up. ... bog, since it was a driving day. Although interesting to see real America in all its forms, driving the rolling hills of eastern Oklahoma and Arkansas, marveling a what a great country this is, giving the occasional "whoa, check that out", it still was a day that was uneventful.
Tomorrow, though, we're going through the Ozarks, which the Tufie wants to do, so should be interesting. We'll see if these people have teeth. Oh, ...
We needed a rest day so we decided to stay a second day at this KOA since the kids were having such a great time with the ducks. First thing in the morning, we awoke to quaking. Outside our trailer door stood a duck waiting for his breakfast. Maggie got up and fed it some breakfast cereal. Soon over 30 ducks were quacking at our door.
