We began our day in Laramie, Wyoming. We stayed in a hotel where pets are allowed but Ruby did not tell them that we had a dog with us. So we had to sneak him in last night (easy enough). But this morning when we left, the housekeepers were already beginning to clean the rooms. Leo has a tendency to bark annoyingly when he thinks he is going to be left behind, so we were sort of worried that he would do that, we would be found out, and have to pay a $100 cleaning fee! ...

Arrived in Laramie, Wyoming. It is a much smaller city than I thought it would be. We got ourselves situated at the KOA campsite. It is still early enough that we rested a little then drove to the downtown area to check it out. It is late Sunday afternoon, the downtown area is almost empty of people.
