We left Cheyenne and made our way to Laramie. On the way i enjoyed the beautiful landscapes such as the plains and mountains we passed. The plains were vast and wide full of wild life such as rabbits and coyotes. The mountains were tall and snow capped. We stayed at Laramie KOA RV camp.
We began our day in Laramie, Wyoming. We stayed in a hotel where pets are allowed but Ruby did not tell them that we had a dog with us. So we had to sneak him in last night (easy enough). But this morning when we left, the housekeepers were already beginning to clean the rooms. Leo has a tendency to bark annoyingly when he thinks he is going to be left behind, so we were sort of worried that he would do that, we would be found out, and have to pay a $100 cleaning fee! ...
Extreme heat from a massive supervolcano underneath Yellowstone National Park is melting a major roadway at the popular summertime tourist attraction. Park officials have closed the area to visitors.

Shortly after the gate, we entered the town of West Yellowstone

Yellowstone tour businesses in town. We
got directions to a laundromat and rode around to find one for a few minutes
. We did and while doing our laundry, we
realized we had cell service so we caught up on messages and then compiled our blog
... especially in this highway where there seems to be only supersize trucks. We even saw a couple of them that had flipped over, probably the previous night when part of that road had to be closed due to the blizzard.
As the day progresses, things are getting better: We arrived at the Vee Bar Ranch just in time for drinks at Saloon. Fun. We are about 30 people, country music and a pool table. Exactly what ...
