We traveled from Chappell, Nebraska today to Salina, Kansas. I have tried to think of something interesting or humorous to say about the drive, but the only words that come to mind are: rain, wheat, corn, sorghum, rain, monotony, clouds, rain, and boredom.

We decided that we wanted to take a little hike today before leaving the Rockies and heading back east. We got up and had breakfast and then began to pack up. Camping has been fun, but I am glad that we are done with it. We left the great sand dunes and drove through Colorado into Kansas where we spent the night at another walmart.
