The temperature had almost doubled since I started this morning. As soon as I checked into my motel this afternoon I was straight into the swimming pool to cool down. It's now 8:30 and it is still 31C outside. I see that in London ON it is 16C. I don't know which is better.

Steve and I hadn't been to Minneapolis/St Paul so we split off from his parents back in Madison. They wanted to go see and do other things. Now I know why. Minneapolis/St Paul are fun to see once but they are a bit out of the way for just a stop through.
