Stable Flies are terrible.. and they hurt... They swarm around your head, land on your body and start biting. Believe me, they are not fun to be around.
There were so many great places to explore in this park but we did not want to be around the Stable Flies.
I had read so many things about the peak that I thought that we should see what it was like ...

We did take a drive around the area though. We took some pictures of the many Greenhouses in this area. It's amazing how many there are.
As we drove from one town to another, we saw many vegetable/fruit stands along the roads. From tomatoes, cukes, peaches, melons, ...
... we found parking for a $10 fee near the river and walked to the falls edge. The view of the Canadian side of the falls is, of course, spectacular and you are looking down at the tour boats that we were on the previous day.
