I was more interested in trying to figure out why 9 men were working around a pool that's not even open!? ... she didn’t want sweets or conversation or to show me her house, she wanted an action song. I asked if she’d like me to sing her one from the UK and she finally seemed excited. I sang and acted enthusiastically “If I were a butterfly” and she grinned and laughed as she copied the actions with me. The pastor’s wife was able to translate the chorus and then the girls wanted to hear and do the song again and again. After just the second time through there was ...
