    ... of turtles. They were so tragically slow that several big fish popped in and snatched away all the food-- right in front of the turtles' beaks! We had to literally drop the food to land/float RIGHT in front of the turtles' beaks! Otherwise, the turtles would sloooowly float around to try to get closer to the food, at which time a big, slimy fish would come and snatch it away! But I don't think the turtles in that lake are in danger by any means.  ...

    ... extremely specialized doctors in big cities who do nothing but work on their given 3 inch parameter. Whereas, in rural areas, a doctor probably has to cover a bigger range.
