Nothing could prepare me for what I would experience so far in China. Most people would think that the teaching aspect would be the most difficult to adapt to, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my time teaching in China so far. The students are great and love engaging with a foreigner for some it’s a bit of a frightening experience, seeing a foreigner for the first time. The most difficult adaptation I have made would have to be that of food. Chinese food as we know it back home ...

... I finally arrived at the bus station, I thought things would only get easier from here on out. As luck would have it, to my dismay it only got more increasingly difficult as nobody at the bus station could speak a word of English. Chinese not being the most friendly of people were reluctant to help the foolish foreigner, I eventually found the right bus and was on my way. I arrived in the town I would then call home for the next ...

... to in life do we. :)

After checking into the hotel at around 6 pm we headed out to the local China Construction Bank ATM, which seems to be the best bank to withdraw money from if you have a foreign account. We tried Egg tarts and other cakes at a local bakery and walked the street markets buying toys, ice cream, and other gifts.

We have a long day tomorrow touring Confucius' home, temples, and grave.

... Art of War'), there is nothing commemorating this. There's a university and a medical school. There's some nice parks. Ben says Asia's largest bus station is here, because the local government had the money but weren't permitted to build a train station or airport. Binzhou is not in the Lonely Planet guide. The government has been building a new area of the city, with massive roads and ...

    ... climbed this mountain.

Everyone time we reached a cheak point, looking up just reveal a lot more and it never seemed to end, but eventually, after 35 minute after reaching halfway, we reached the top! We got some food and refreshments. The view is absloutely gorgerous. It seem like a sea of trees with a path of people in it.

Me and 2 other people were the FIRST to reach the top. We waited a long time for the rest to appear. It is a shame that I don't have much picture.
