    ... what had happened, she in turn phoned Canterbury and they confirmed that said ****** dash cam had been purchased from them, we left the store clutching yet another gift receipt, hmmmmm what can I buy ;-).     ... see us until tomorrow. We sat in the sun in her garden for a lovely chat and a cuppa. Later we booked into our Hotel, Kings Lodge room 10. Single beds! Well we will have to make the best of that! After unpacking we had a glass of Prosecco in the bar? When will we learn...they cost £8 each!     ... April trip to Barbados [a diving holiday]. How apt that some Mount Gay rum was polished off by yours truly.

    Dinner was at an Indian restaurant. Tried a marinated lamb something or other [jare-a-fellazi is about as close as my pronunciation will get]. A pint of Kingfisher took me back to the recent great times in India. My meal was spicy and delicious [21L].

    ... ago. I had a Royal Margarita .. very nice and about 11pm we called it a night.

    Decided to watch a bit of the Wake Show on TV - got the sound but no picture !

    Set the wake up call for 7am then hit the sack.

    ... sitting at 8:30 p.m. followed, after which we advanced our clocks by an hour so that we would be on `British` time.

    Arrived Southampton and were all secure alongside at 7 a.m., or was it earlier? I know it was raining, and by this time in the morning all those who did not need any assistance with their suitcases to depart the ship, were given the all clear to leave.
