After a final week at Chuckleberry of chainsawing, wood splitting and bunkering the place down for winter it was finally time to start a new chapter in my journey. Yesterday's drive was interesting following the Colorado river up through a canyon for 100 miles before hitting the interstate I-70 to New Castle. Tomorrow we're off to Mt. Rushmore where we will actually be meeting Mary's cousin Nancy, daughter of her Godmother Agnes, who we saw earlier in the journey. Believe it or not Nancy is on a 3 month journey with her husband Steve and we are 100% coincidentally going to be at Mt. Rushmore at the same time they are. Wow!

Lake Side Terrace turned out to be a pleasant surprise :-) It was a times share kind of a place and we had a condo for our selves. It was totally furnished and beautiful with two bed and two bath. Also associated was a water park.
