... to let you leave your bags with them. When you turn up at the airport on time, even though they have a delayed flight and you are there waiting do anything for you. It is sheer incompetence in this day and age that they cannot get it right. The customer is the one who has to be inconvenienced always. You have to sit for 45 minutes and wait to be able to check in your bags and then you have to join the back of the queue. No excuses....
