... keep ourselves entertained, and made friends with a flight attendant from Morpeth who was chuffed that we were Geordies and kept coming to speak to us. We were absolutely exhausted and looking forward to landing; especially as we were getting to see Shellie and Gemma, who we’re staying with for the night!

Another amazing US adventure done. We totally love this country, and are already planning our next trip!

... cheating was to have one's ear nailed to a block. The only way to set themselves free was to pull their ear away thus tearing the earlobe. Ouch, far too much detail. Hence 37 inches was always measured - to be on the safe side!

Back to the tenement building...about a hundred people occupied the six storey building at any one time. Only half of it now exists as many of the buildings were pulled down for health reasons in times of disease. The poorer folk lived ...

... only have a week left of being in Europe. It has gone by way to fast- I could just stay here forever. Although Edinburgh was pretty, I'm glad I was only there a few days. Southern Irish accent, very helpful, I thank you. He logged in remotely and gave me a Windows desktop. He helped me through the process and I got 2 tickets printed!
