      ... first place. At one point we were making bets on whether the twins would score any runs at all during the series. Around the 5th or 6th inning the bats came alive. We almost tied the game after trailing by 4 runs but Oakland ended up winning by one run.

      Back to the BART station for the return trip to SF. Scott, Nick and Harv went back to "Sauce", the restaurant Nick and Scott went to after Thursdays game. They made Harv a special brandy nite cap.

      ... the wine, it was just so nice; I, obviously bought a bottle of the rose...continuing the indulgence and just loving life. We decided it would be a good time to head back to Oakland. Leaving, I really feel that this part of the world is the first place I have felt relaxed enough that I could imagine living here.       ... waterfalls in the valley, Verana falls. This was one of the most popular hikes in the park due to the beautiful surroundings which does let the trail down a bit. We climbed the steep slope and realised why it was so popular. We arrived at the waterfall; water pouring over a cliff edge, landing on the rocks below and paired with the sun, created 2 rainbows.
