... to go into the water to clean up. It was pretty cold but on such a hot day it felt nice. We hung out on the sand bar and played in the waves. I forgot how salty ocean water is. Goodbye for now Holland, we have enjoyed ourselves immensely in this wonderful part of the world. Our last full day here was a relaxed one and we did our best to soak in the sights, sounds and tastes of Amsterdam. ... Albert Hejin Supermarket to pick up some staples for our lunch. It was a far cry from lunch onboard the Eurodam, but all-in-all T&J's tomato soupen tasted greaten - "Si".

... think I'm Dutch. My blank stare at the end of whatever it is they are trying to say to me, usually ends the confusion. Finally a shop owner told me I looked like a local. Interesting.
