Well after a fairly I eventful if not lengthy 24 hour trip we have arrived in a rather damp Amsterdam. Himself has decided we should travel to our hotel via train. Great! It is Sunday 7 am in a strange city. We get vague directions from a woman who denies speaking to us after we go back and ask for clarification.
